Several people involved with the Prolight-IAPP project attended the Training School on Plenoptic Capture, Processing and Reconstruction (Plenoptics 2013) held between 16th and 20th June, 2013, in Sundsvall, Sweden. The lectures given at the school covered topics related to various stages of processing of 3D content. Furthermore, one set of lectures on 3D displays was given by Tibor Balogh, CEO of Holografika.
Along with the training school a Prolight-IAPP research meeting was held.
Several people from Holografika and TUT attended the work group meeting of the 3D-ConTourNet (3D Content Creation, Coding and Transmission over Future Media Networks) held in Poznan, Poland, from 10th-12th April 2013. They delivered two presentations related to Prolight-IAPP.
